Apogee's call center expands every summer to accommodate the increased call volume during move in. Our on-site network is integrated into our automated provisioning system that allows a student to go from zero to registered and online in under 2 minutes.
In order to provide the best service possible, this proposal includes an option for a dedicated on-site coordinator. Apogee's call center and hands-on coordinator integrate to provide an unmatched support level for voice/video/data, specifically designed for today's college student.
Specialized support for consoles (Xbox360, Ps3, etc.) including dedicated bandwidth for each gaming console and live support for troubleshooting ensuring the best ResNet experience.
ResNet (both wired and wireless) and video services are fully available and supported during the summer recess periods to address the needs of university guests for summer conferences and events.
